What is Silhouette Soft®?
Silhouette Soft® is a non surgical, minimally invasive ‘face lift’ treatment that redefines facial contours with immediate results. Poly L-lactic acid (PLLA) is the principal component of Silhouette Soft and is a well-known polymer that has been used for many years in a number of biomedical and pharmaceutical applications.
How does it work?
Silhouette Soft® uses a double action effect to restore smoother and more toned skin, but also a more shapely face.

How is the Treatment Administered?
First the face is cleaned and a numbing cream is applied, before numbing the area with local anaesthetic to ensure the treatment is painless. The method, also known as the ‘one stitch face lift’ uses absorbable thread cones which are gently placed under the skin to lift sagging skin, creating a firmer, younger look. Gentle pressure is then placed by the doctor to reposition the excess skin and any ‘left over’ stitch is then cut off. After the treatment, the threads will gradually anchor themselves to your tissue and stimulate the body’s collagen production, creating a smooth, shapely appearance that’s completely natural.
