A non-refundable fee of £75 per appointment is required at the point of booking with Dr Yusra and her team, this is to ensure all Clients attend for their scheduled appointments.

This fee is strictly non-refundable and covers the cost of the medical consultation with the doctors. If you book a consultation appointment only, this fee will be kept as a consultation fee and will not be redeemable on any treatment or products.

If you book a treatment slot, we will book enough time for a consultation and treatment. The £75 fee is in this case redeemable against any treatments performed on the day of the appointment.

We require a minimum of 72 hours notice to reschedule any appointment. Where this notice period has not been provided, deposits will be lost as it would be deemed a late cancellation.

We reserve the right to cancel the appointment without notice or liability. By proceeding to book you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.
